I’m having problems with REP%
It only shows the REP percentage correctly when I have a boost.
If I wear Tourist Outfit (50% bonus REP) +
Weapon or Drink (Boost effects Doubled) and I go to a 5K Ring table I only see 7%REP or if I play Head to Head the REP symbol disappears when it should show at least 0% when there are no “Bonus”
I tried to report this on help.jagex but the page is not related to the game.

Hallo, wenn man versucht den Support zu erreichen auf helpjagex sucht man vergebens. Im spiel selbst der Support ist auch nicht hilfreich. Bei mir ist an einem Ring game mit 5k Einsatz auch kein hoher Prozent satz für rp. Das ist normal ausser mit verstärkung. Ich denke das weil nur 200 k spieler im Durchschnitt aktiv sind es einfach keinen richtigen support mehr geben wird. Was solls viel Glück
Connection bug i have had this multiple times where it says i lost connection and is apparently reconnecting when i can see the game still going on indicating im clearly connected i have lost many winning hands because of this please fix

this is the bug that keeps prom a ghost town haunted by.alts to fill queues… the scripted play or what i call ‘fair play’ is flippin madness.. i lost two tourneys tonight.. Last two played hey check yourselves… the tabld will sniper you off if you win too much. the insane bad beat 4 of a kind cause itant pry you off any other way… is it you must have fair play to appease the platforms? ya’ll realize if you butt out. put in actual poker hands or random…truely not the contested bull shit deals likely 100k new paying customers would flood the game. what i want to know is how do you get away with calling this abortion ‘‘poker’’. It certianly is not… poker fequires chance at cards… prom is chance at a hot chair bingo . any plans to actually add poker to this poker game’?
bonjour le jeu est buger. j’ai lancer une partie rapide et impossible d’acceder a une table . il me dit probleme de connexion au serveur et a chaque fois que je relance le jeu , je n’arrive pas sur le menu mais sur le lancement de la table et …. la connexion au serveur a ete perdu . j’ai vider le cache de la console mais rien n’y fais pouvez vous m’aider?

Je ne peux malheureusement plus accéder au jeux . Quand je lance une partie . J’ai un message d’erreur qui me dit que la connexion au serveur a été perdue .

99.9% of the time this message is false!
Please change the message to inform the player that they are in sit-out mode and should turn their console off, wait 10 sec. turn the console on and enter the PP app to follow the instructions to rejoin their game.
And if they continue to have this problem, they should contact their internet provider.
Authentication error. You will be returned to the title screen.
I’ve powered off, including unplugging and disconnecting cable on my modem for 30 seconds, and still receiving above error message.
Please advise.

January 15 2026 15:55pst and the game will not let me or my friends login. It does the main sign in the says authentication error. You will be returned to the title screen. What’s going on Pipeworks?

Hi, I’m unable to log into the game. I keep getting the same error message: “Authentication Error”, game will boy allow me to log in.

Why is it showing me authentication error and I have reset everything uninstalled and reinstalled the game and it is still saying the same thing. On Xbox One
