Microsoft troubleshooting steps not any help i have reset my entire system and still cant install prominence poker.
Have you purchased and installed Xbox Live Gold Membership?
Have all Xbox updates been applied?
Yes i have they even tried to refund and repurchase but it still has version 0.0.0.0. And we just gave up on trying to install from store
Is there a patch just for me…im confused about this…i have been playing for 3years now and its a great game to me i want to continue playing but im not about to buy a new xbox for one game…i need a support agent to talk to me…im at a loss
