I would like to know how the occasional side bet comes about. Who initiates it and how. I just wNt to understand what is going on. There isnt a side bet every hand so who and what decides to have 2 pots and why ? Can anyone explain this to me.

If a player goes all on any raise bet after that goes to side bets
