Table Item Refills LOST

I am Saber5150.
I purchased HUNDREDS of Table Item refills for various items. They are all GONE and not credited to any those items…nor have they been refunded.
This needs to be fixed!

So many bugs after the last actualization.
For example:
When the player moves his arms, the cards are stuck to the hand.
I lost some refills too.
