Lost points due to internet

I looked all over the supposed help site for help with this issue. Comcast/Xfinity had an outage in my area. I’d just started a gold tournament when this happened. 2 platinum players were at the table. I lost 26 points because of this outage. Can I get my points back. You can easily tell I got disconnected because even the game recognized this. Player name is november_rain14
