There shouldn’t be a penalty for getting disconnected from the Internet. I know full well you have the ability to see if we were disconnected or we quit. I’m not expecting extra points, but we should at least be restored back to where we were instead of losing points. I was just disconnected during a tournament and I was in the lead.
On Xbox you can generally reconnect through force quitting the game restarting, login again and navigate back to where you where before being kicked provided the game is still in progress. Whilst you are reconnecting you are just sitting out and will check/fold everything till you rejoin or busted.

Yes. That is how it works on PS, too. I was talking about a disconnection that doesn’t resole itself. My Internet went out during a tournament and it didn’t come back for 3 hours. I lost 18 points through no fault of my own.
