Do I have to have the jar equipped before loading into a tournament for the entry fee to be reduced, or can I equip it during the tournament to have the fee reduced? How does it work?
There is a way you have to put some chips in the jar first and it will go kaboom all over the tables. After that every time you play a tournament the fee with be reduced by the amount of kaboom spread.
