It has been over a week now and i keep getting “The server connection was lost. Please check your internet connection and enter prominence again.” Well it has not worked. I even deleted the app and redownloaded it. Still nothing. What can I do?

Send an email to customer support at poker@pipeworks.com, giving them your Steam/Xbox/PSN gamertag/name and they’ll fix you up.
