It has been over a week now and i keep getting “The server connection was lost. Please check your internet connection and enter prominence again.” Well it has not worked. I even deleted the app and redownloaded it. Still nothing. What can I do?

Send an email to customer support at poker@pipeworks.com, giving them your Steam/Xbox/PSN gamertag/name and they’ll fix you up.

Listen i did all that and i still cant play poker dont you all want me to play so you can take my chips and my money or is banning people.because multiple people dont like someone because they win alot. The prominence way. Im just curious cause if i was prominance and wanted to make more money on chip sale’s i would corner the market and cut prices so the person with the best deal be prominence. Bexome the middle man ! Banning people who spend money on your gane and not telling them y is ill please unban me now dont you want me to spend my money there? Banned me for a year just like that no notice no nothing wont tell me why cant restore liscences on any of my games because no explanation they say i violated a eula but i didnt so what gives ? .??
