We were recently made aware of an issue affecting some players who may have experienced incorrect bans after completing the tutorial. A fix has been deployed for the issue that should now be resolved.
Please note however that, along with Prominence Poker’s most recent update, a number of changes were also made to the way we moderate and take action on in-game behavior to better improve player experience.

We are aware some players may have received too harsh a penalty following these changes. We are currently reviewing the offences of those who have already contacted us and may unban users in some instances.
