i am using a playstation controller and i am getting the horrible xbox button prompts in the steam version, which are terrible and horrible. an option to use whichever prompt style you like would be ideal, but at least autodetecting controller type and showing the correct prompts is very standard
if you actually make it a menu option i would actually play this on the steam deck. i do not play things on the steam deck where i can’t get rid of the awful button prompts somehow. many great games such as persona 5 royal, final fantasy xiv, and path of exile offer this option.
