Just lost over 300k with a full house because “connection to server was lost”. No. It’s not my internet connection.
The server down message can occur when it takes to long for a server to receive a message packet. and it severs the connection.
D id you turn off your console and restart it and attempt rejoin the game in the 8 minutes allotted??
Is your console hard wired to your modem?(preferred)
Sumo runs the servers not Pipeworks.
Go to Google or Bing, and search for the following: ‘Speed test’, select ‘Xfinity speed test’ and run it, record the download speed and read the comments, then select ‘see more’ to run the test for the upload speed. Do this several times for an average reading.
