Do not undestand why

Why is that whoever is the chip leader wins every all ins no matter how far behind they are on the hand and it just doesn’t happen to me, i see it happen 99% of the time and it’s an absoloute joke… i can basically guess who is going to win the hand no matter what they have because i’ll just look at whoever has the chip lead…
