# Unable to buy add On PS5/web/app

I am trying to buy this add on [Exclusive PlayStation®Plus Free Bundle](https://store.playstation.com/en-us/product/UP4040-CUSA02830_00-CBPSP00000000000?nonce=BMlxTqSA9L8vPEHHvxA2)

As a PS plus member its $0 i can add in cart and purchase , after it says success i get and email with order successful and order number , but after if i go to the add on page it again has option to add in cart and purchase and then it doesn’t show purchased/owned so i cant use in game , I talked to PS support they asked to contact developers of game.

Kindly help
