# Fix The Sit Out on Xbox

Why can people come in a tournament and immediately go to sit out and then switch over to another game and never get kicked? It is insane. It happens all the time. The sit out timer is supposed to be 8 minutes but they will last until blinds are like 300/600.

YES!!! The timer goes far past what it should on PS too. I’ve seen people go on sit out during the $100 blinds and last into the $600 blinds before they are kicked out!

Seriously! So sick of this. I even see them go into sitout and play other games. It is happening more and more and it is total BS. Please fix the timer!

The timer only does that when their Internet goes out. It gives them more time to reconnect. They’re losing money the whole time. I feel bad when it happens to them. I’ve had it happen to me and was panicking the whole time.

I use the sit out mode for several reasons.
changing batteries
getting snacks or coffee
addressing a rock on my contact Lense
dealing with a 84-year-old bladder
plus, reconnecting my PP account with the internet

Oh, I play on PS5. I only play tournaments. I don’t like 9 player games. The cards get spead so much you rarely get a good hand that way. Good luck!
